AML & KYC Policy
Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policy.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Purpose and legal basis
This policy describes how we prevent our services from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing, in line with the Polish Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and EU Directive 2015/849 (as amended).
2. Company identification
TAZINU PRO XR TECH Sp. z o.o., ul. Wojska Polskiego 9, 39-300 Mielec, Poland, KRS 0001111303, NIP 8172216109, REGON 528914441, phone +48 579 472 188. Registered in the National Court Register on 18.06.2024.
3. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Before concluding a contract we identify every client: company name, registration number (KRS/NIP or foreign equivalent), registered address, and the identity of the person acting on its behalf. We verify data in public registers (KRS, CEIDG, VAT white list, VIES).
4. Beneficial owners
We identify the ultimate beneficial owners of business clients and verify them in the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR) or an equivalent register.
5. Sanctions and PEP screening
Clients and beneficial owners are screened against EU, UN, OFAC and Polish sanctions lists and checked for politically exposed person (PEP) status. We do not work with sanctioned persons or entities, or with clients from high-risk third countries identified by the European Commission without enhanced due diligence.
6. Risk-based approach
Each client receives a risk assessment. Enhanced due diligence is applied to higher-risk clients, including source-of-funds verification.
7. Payments
We accept payments only by bank transfer from an account held in the client's name. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrencies, or third-party payments. Refunds are made only to the original source account.
8. Monitoring and reporting
We monitor transactions for unusual patterns. Suspicious activity is reported to the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF) and may lead to suspension of the service.
9. Record keeping
KYC documents and transaction records are retained for 5 years from the end of the business relationship.
10. Training and review
Staff receive AML training and this policy is reviewed at least once a year. The management board is responsible for its implementation.
