Terms of Service
Rules for using the website and purchasing Nextgen train services.

1. Service provider
Services are provided by TAZINU PRO XR TECH Sp. z o.o., ul. Wojska Polskiego 9, 39-300 Mielec, Poland, KRS 0001111303, NIP 8172216109, REGON 528914441, phone +48 579 472 188.
2. Services
Licences for VR training modules, VR headset rental, coordinator analytics and onboarding workshops, as described on the Products page.
3. Orders
An order request sent through the website is not binding. A contract is concluded when we confirm the order in writing or by email and issue a pro-forma invoice or invoice.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are net, in EUR; PLN amounts are indicative and converted at the rate shown. VAT is added according to law. Payment is made by bank transfer to the company account indicated on the invoice. We do not accept cash payments.
5. Licences
Licences are personal for the indicated number of trainees and may not be resold or shared. All content remains our intellectual property.
6. Hardware rental
Rented headsets must be returned in the same condition. The client is liable for damage beyond normal wear.
7. Liability
VR training supplements, but does not replace, mandatory certifications and on-the-job instruction required by law. Our liability towards business clients is limited to the value of the order.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted through the contact form. We respond within 14 days.
9. Governing law
Polish law applies. Disputes with business clients are resolved by the court competent for our registered office.
