2. Data we process
Contact form data (name, email, company, phone, message), order and invoicing data, training results of trainees assigned by a client, and technical data such as IP address and cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), performing contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)), meeting legal obligations including accounting and AML (Art. 6(1)(c)), and analytics with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Retention
Enquiries: up to 12 months. Contract and accounting data: 5 years from the end of the tax year. AML records: 5 years from the end of the business relationship.
5. Recipients
Hosting and IT providers, accounting firms, payment providers and public authorities where required by law. Data may be processed outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
